The oil mill "MARIANO FALCO" of Falco Giuseppa is situated in Caltabellotta (Ag), rocky area in the hinterland of Sciacca, shows itself in the Mediterranean, in one panoramic position.
Its presence in the history begins in the period of Camico, main office of the legendary King Kocalos, who stayed in Greece and after in Romania, the Arabs did not exploit the resources.
Our company saw the day in 1933 in the initiative of its founder Mariano who transmitted its passion to his son Biagio and nephew Mariano Falco from which the name of the oil factory was given. Actually, the activity is conducted by direct descendants who are developing a work that require too much time, beyond all, much passion.
The seriousness and love with which we treat our oil have always permitted us to obtain a product of good quality; giving us good satisfaction.
The objective of our oil mill is to work and commercialise the extra virgin oil with the same care and love of who prepares the oil for a private employ.
We employ local olives, through a cold pressing process with a Sinolea equipped system.
